1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return products if they meet the following conditions:
✔ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

✔ The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see Section 6).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these simple steps:

2️⃣ Return Approval – We will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.
3️⃣ Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it to our return address.
4️⃣ Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed within X business days to your original payment method.

✔ Defective or damaged products.
✔ Incorrect items received.
✔ Unopened and unused products returned within the return period.
❌ Refunds will NOT be issued for:
✘ Used, opened, or damaged items not due to our error.

✘ Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
4. Exchange Policy

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period:

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
